THURSDAY THOUGHTS: During my daily walk today, I realized that with the amount of podcasts I listen to on a dialy/weekly basis, there was something unique about the way in which I listened to them (i.e. walking, doing dishes, driving, etc.). I would basically call it "Walking the Mind" because of the way I'm doing multiple tasks, but not taking away my ability to observe my surroundings. Just a corky way of looking at things, but I really do think everyone could get some value from it. Try it out!
