Seamen on Film is a movie club hosted by former U.S. Navy Sailors. Each month a member chooses a film based on a randomly generated category and then we discuss and critic the film. The films are geared towards movies that we would enjoy while deployed. Search for "Seamen on Film" on youtube.

In this podcast the "Seamen on Film" crew gathers together to discuss all 16 films watched in season 1. They talk about what makes a good deployment movie and which of the 16 films are deployment worthy. Finally the crew discusses a Karl Urban classic, "Dredd" in a mini review.

We reminisce on our own glory days of being part of the finest Navy rating, Fire Controlman. Ann also discusses what it's like working in a brewery, as we listen with envy.
