  • Could The Astros Be Looking To Trade Kyle Tucker?
    With winter meetings set and rolling on, the Astros have became the talk across the league, following a few interesting comments that have been by Astros GM Dana Brown. Holding and attending meetings with different teams across the league, Astros GM Dana Brown was indeed inquired about a few big named prospects here in the city of Houston and where he stands regarding any tampering with them over the course of these meetings. Already in talks regarding Bregman's future rather or not he will stay in Houston or not, Dana was also inquired about the left-handed Dominican pitcher none other than Framber Valdez. Another huge name that was mentioned to Dana in regards to trade talks amidst the winter meetings was Kyle Tucker. Roughly brushing the subject and being transparent during the times of these meetings, Dana states that nothings off the table in regards to improving the Astros roster and making a run at another postseason. With the winter meetings set to roll on and trade talks at the highest they've been, could Dana Brown and the Astros be looking to trade Tucker before the 2025 season?

Following Bregman declining the Astros qualifying offer, along with his agent Scott Boras and the team a bit distant from qualifying negotiations, could the veteran third basemen be leaving Houston sooner than we think?

  • Does The NFL Overprotect The Quarterback Position?
    As the week continues to roll on, the NFL has given Texans LB Azeez Al-Shaair a three game suspension regarding his ferocious hit on Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence Sunday afternoon. Aiming to appeal the three game suspension, the league denied the Texans appeal for a lesser suspension now making Al-Shaair miss the most important part of the schedule. Following the Texans coming out of a Bye week they take on the Dolphins, Chiefs, and the Ravens in the span of just ten days before the postseason kicks off. Looking across the league regarding the suspension and hearing from former players and quarterbacks weighing in on the topic, many believe the suspension sends a message but seems to be a bit harsh regarding Azeez hasn't had much a track record regarding suspensions to this degree in his career. Can we say that the NFL has a tendency to overprotect the quarterback regarding the rules and how officials tend to the position?

    Looking back on Sunday's game following the Texans taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars, the NFL has taken time out to discuss and disclose what went on Sunday afternoon following the late hit Trevor Lawrence received from Texans LB Azeez Al-Shaair. As conversations roll on, and tracking back to earlier instances in the season regarding Azeez many believe the hit was intentional for Lawrence although, Trevor was in the process of going down to end the play. Cracking down on safety and the protection of the quarterbacks across the league, the NFL has suspended Azeez Al-Shaair for three games without pay regarding his late hit followed by his ejection from the officials Sunday afternoon. Can a three game suspension be considered a bit harsh regarding the Texans upcoming schedule coming out of the Bye Week?
