Matt and James both had strong benching dilemmas, and for good reason too! This week the guys dedicate a larger than usual section to #SKYFF, covering overhaul and those assets that should be in your overhaul teams. As usual they review FPL Gameweek 23 and talk #ChampmanFPL a little.
