Deanna Byrne is a trauma-informed life coach, a certified grief coach, and a lifelong student of the healing arts. With over 30 years of experience in holistic wellness, she brings a deeply embodied approach to helping women navigate the terrain of trauma, menopause, nervous system repair, and soulful reconnection.

Deanna holds a Master’s in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, certifications in hypnosis, mindfulness, and meditation and is accredited through the Canadian Yoga Alliance. She combines her decades of study with personal experience healing through fibromyalgia, toxic exposure, menopause, and burnout.

After years in the corporate world, Deanna returned to her roots, guiding women back into their bodies, their breath, and their power. Through her podcast, courses, and private coaching, she offers a safe space to reset, rewire, and reclaim the sacred temple within.
