Colin quickly transitions from being a beat cop in Melbourne to trying to apprehend some of Australia's worst criminals, like Dennis Allen, one of the worst criminals of the 1990s. He worked on the case of the man who killed two police officers in Melbourne and the case of the pedophile, rapist, and murderer. Everything culminates in him visiting Griffith to infiltrate the Mafia.
