This is cultivating what former KGB operative Yuri Bezmenov described as a process of demoralization, destabilization, crisis, and normalization. Beyond China’s Thousand Talents program and their infamous intellectual property theft, we are now learning of “police service stations” operating in Europe, Canada, and the United States. New York City has one. From these centers a hostile foreign government is harassing, intimidating, and threatening Chinese nationals while spreading ruthless propaganda. They work to suppress dissidents, direct politics internationally, gather intelligence, transfer technology, and gather up mass amounts of information on their non-Chinese enemies.
