CFL bulbs and LED lights have been proposed as cheaper, efficient alternatives to other lights, so much so that bans on incandescent bulbs have been present for years. LED lights emit blue lighting, like phones or televisions, that interferes with hormones, our circadian rhythm, and other bodily functions. CFL bulbs emit mercury and EMFs that trigger anxiety, rash, etc. These lighting sources are the equivalent of false-light, leading us astray in the darkness they create. The importance of solar light and energy should not be forgotten as the days grow shorter and colder during the Solstice, establishing the foundation for the coming resurrection of the true light.
