Politically speaking, those on the left wish to prosecute Trump supporters at the capitol with sedition, while invoking the 25th amendment for the President to remove him from office with only a few days left, and further to make a list targeting his supporters even after his term is over. Those on the right wish to enact the insurrection act to restore peace to the Republic from four years of upheaval over race and election fraud. However, when peace is made into war and war into peace, and instigation makes it hard to determine who is guilty as individuals, we make broad and generalized condemnations of our political opponents; we wish to see them jailed or even executed. While the US festers with internal fighting, countries like China look and literally laugh as they draw further plans to overtake the country. Meanwhile, Liberty shrugs at the offenses made in and despite her name.
