The US-DOD's DARPA has announced a green gel-like substance with microchip enhancement that can be placed into the body in order to monitor chemical reactions as they relate to potential symptoms of future disease. In other words, it's not pre-crime, but pre-sickness. This gel is similar to the hydrogels that have been used in vaccine development, wherein the miniature TARP bots, or micro-bots, create artificial cellular networks in the body.
