A new heat wave naming system in Spain has designated a recent heat wave ZOE, the first time this has been done officially. This Anthropomorphization of weather creates a pantheon of new gods and goddesses with ruling-class emissaries acting on their behalf. They desire to save lives from extreme weather while simultaneously proposing that there are too many people and that billions must be culled.
