I received a mail drop in the mailbox today.

It was almost perfect timing.. 

I've been looking for someone to do mow my lawns and do some gardening for the last few months because it's such a time consuming thing that I could pay someone $25 an hour to do. 

The letter was just a folden A4 sheet describing what the business does.. and I actually respect the person for going out and drumming up business. 

But the letter is missing so many crucial things.. the biggest thing being an offer.
