"I can't get myself to do ANYTHING today."
We’ve all been there, right?
Sprawled out on the couch, phone in hand, scrolling like it’s some kind of Olympic sport...
Convincing ourselves that today just isn't the day for that workout you swore you'd do.
Change into gym clothes and get moving? Nah, not happening. No energy for that.
Cook a meal instead of reaching for those chips? Not today. Pass the chips, please.
"Tomorrow’s the day I really get it together."
But hold on a minute—we said that yesterday, too.
Wasn't today supposed to be the day we got on track?
What happened to that burst of motivation we thought we'd wake up with?
It’s like we’re waiting for motivation to knock on our door, hoping that today’s the day...
But it doesn’t show up.
And every time it doesn’t, it gets easier to sink deeper and deeper into that stuck feeling.
So, what do we do about it? We’ve got two choices.
Option one: Sit around, cursing motivation for playing hard to get.
Option two: Create our own motivation.
Create our own motivation?
Yep, that's right. No more waiting for a magic spark.
Feeling committed, inspired, and motivated doesn’t have to be a big mystery. Because, really, it’s not. A few small actions can get us moving and change our momentum.
Want to know the secret to feeling motivated—even on your worst days?
