 Karen's corporate HR background and personal entrepreneurial journey give her huge insight into how it feels and her advice about transitioning yourself to a leader are to make sure you have a plan in place.   Karen's thoughts on the subject of hiring employees "...especially as a solopreneur, you're going to probably go a virtual route initially, because you need somebody part-time for doing something, whether it be a task or a process, or a one-time thing. I mean, one of those things. And so really, the first step is kind of is really figuring out what is the work? And am I willing to give up that work? Right away? And if the answer is yes, then you go forward."  

Taking a risk and adding a VA or other team member feels great and when managed properly can help catapult your business growth in new ways.
