In this video, I had the opportunity to be interviewed by the great Jack Canfield... author of Chicken Soup for the Soul, the Success Principles, and his mission is to inspire and empower people to live their highest vision in a context of love and joy.
Today Mr. Canfield asks me about the drive behind my story, my mission to change the lives of youth around the world, and what inspired me to write my book "Follows and Likes Is This All That I'm Worth?"

Evan Carmichael is an extraordinary human being. Truly a man who is built to serve, he is an entrepreneur who helps others believe in themselves and ultimately accomplish their goals and dreams. However Evan struggled through school, and it wasn't until his senior year in high school that he began to believe he could do more than what he previously thought.
In 2009, Evan started his YouTube channel with just 25 subscribers, and today he has over 3 million. He is humble and brutally honest in saying that the road was not easy, and he teaches others what he learned along the way, so they can speed up their growth.
Recently he came out with his new book MOMENTUM, to inspire people to stop procrastinating, stop worrying about perfection, and just start. I have learned so much from Evan since beginning to follow him, and today he is going to share his thoughts with us on education.

Potential... what is it, and why is it important to what we want to accomplish in life? We all have great potential, but unfortunately too many people don't live up it. So how do we realize our potential and understand that what we can do is unlimited? Listen, learn, and take action! Kristi Maggio is an educational leader, teen mentor, speaker and author. What started out as a year in the Dominican Republic to perfect her Spanish turned into starting a school and a foundation to advocate for equal education and employment opportunities around the globe. As an educator for over 20 years, she has worked at all levels. Her work has but one goal in mind: to help youth and adults, realize that no matter who they are or where they come, they can do whatever they set their mind to do (something she is well aware of from her own personal experiences).

Discipline is easy and it is one of the most important pieces to success and helping your child develop into a great human being. But... the discipline I’m talking about is not the kind where you find yourself screaming at them and telling them to go to their room. I’m talking about a different kind of discipline that guides them and leads them in the right direction.

Today's interview is with a man who is from my very own hometown, Rome, NY. At one time, Orlando “Ori” Spado, was considered to be one of the most respected gangsters in Hollywood. His autobiographical book, "The Accidental Gangster," portrays Ori's life from New York to Los Angeles where he became a fixer to Hollywood’s elite and became friends and rubbed shoulders with notorious Mob.
However as we are well aware, this kind of life has serious consequences, and he spent time in prison. Today he shares many lessons he learned along the way, especially that "the life" eventually catches up with you and there are only two ways out... jail or dead.
Not so glamorous when we put it that way, so there are many lessons to be learned. Enjoy!
