I get it, I’ve been there, heck, most of us have. You start a new diet, it goes great for a while. You’ve even lost a few pounds, but before you know it you’ve fallen off the wagon and the weight is back and you’re frustrated and exhausted. I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way. Diets are so frequently looked at as something we do when we want to hit a specific “health” goal. Whether it’s to lose some weight, or tone up, or eat this for a set amount of time.
In today’s episode, I’m going to challenge you to shift your perspective on dieting and give you a different way to look at diets overall. Let’s make this year one that you take back control of your health, and stop letting the typical “diet” culture guilt and shame you.
