Landon graduated college in 2020 and dreamed of owning his own business. He started selling insurance with a different company but moved over to FFL only 6 months later after learning about the compensation opportunities. He went from receiving up to 55% commission to over 100% with Family First Life.

Sara graduated with an accounting degree but after a year at a firm she decided to go all in with Family First Life. She felt the biggest challenge with becoming her own boss was leaving a salary position and moving to a commission based business, but she now enjoys the ability to make her own hours.
