There was a lot going on in the open, from Morales making fun of Mason for stealing bits from Sedano & Kap, Lindsey’s trip to the dentist and if she’s still feeling fuzzy after yesterday’s visit, plus Laura finally got her massage. Bill Plaschke wrote a column about why the Lakers “need” to trade LeBron. Sedano says that’s ridiculous. Kap has kinda soured on the whole LeBron on the Lakers thing and wonders if it’s time to move on from him. Sedano argues with Kap about LeBron and has to explain to Kap once again that LeBron is not “in charge” of what the Lakers front office does.

The crew spent the whole segment talking about the term “minute man” and the song about it. Kap claims he has no idea what it means and they try to explain without getting in trouble! A mom made a deal with her 12-year-old son that if he didn’t use social media for the next 6 years, until he graduates, she would pay him $1,8000 - and he did it! BIG DEAL OR NO DEAL. Lindsey makes a funny joke about it and everyone jokes that she should take these drugs from the dentist every day! She said she’s been doing psychedelic therapy recently and thinks that has helped change her mood. Sedano said he meditates for 20 minutes a day which is a very impressive feat!

It’s President’s Day, so other hosts on the station have taken the day off, but not Sedano & Kap. In fact, Kap didn’t even know it was a holiday and he tried to go to both the Post Office and the bank and didn’t know how or where to buy a stamp with USPS closed! Sedano, Lindsey and Laura try to figure out which of the most basic tasks Kap *actually* knows how to do. Sedano has free advice for the Lakers - take this LeBron situation very seriously! Brain Windhorst said the Lakers need to trade “for” LeBron this summer - and Sedano says the they basically need to make some moves to rejuvenate LeBron and revive his interest. But will they actually do it? Michigan basketball coach Juwan Howard was suspended for the remainder of the regular season when he got in a fistfight with one of his assistant coaches - should he have been fired.
