  • Ep. 7 - Beers, Bags, and Browser Histories

Australia has never talked more about men’s health. Yet many of the numbers that matter have barely moved.

In Episode 7, Beers, Bags, and Browser Histories, we look at seven signals that are usually treated as separate problems: poor sleep, declining testosterone, alcohol, cocaine, pornography, the loss of ordinary joy, and male suicide. The question underneath the episode is whether these are really seven different crises, or different expressions of the same missing structure in modern male life.

The episode explores the role that initiation, mentorship, brotherhood and meaningful direction once played in helping men carry the weight of adulthood, and what can happen when that architecture disappears. Instead of only asking how to reduce the individual symptom, we ask what the symptom may be trying to compensate for in the first place.

This is not an argument against therapy, treatment, awareness campaigns or individual interventions. It is an argument that symptom-level work has a ceiling when the structure underneath a man’s life is still missing. You can also read the full article: Beers, Bags, and Browser Histories

  • Ep. 6 - The Greatest Lesson from My First Marriage

One of the biggest lessons from my first marriage had nothing to do with a single argument or the final months of the relationship.

It was a pattern that had been there for years.

I could turn conflict into a courtroom, build the argument, prove the point and walk away feeling like I had won. What I could not see at the time was what those small victories were costing the relationship.

In The Greatest Lesson From My First Marriage, I look at the invisible audience many men carry into conflict, why a sharp mind can make the pattern worse, and what I do differently now.

Sometimes the most useful question in an argument is not: Who is right?

    It is:

Who am I speaking to right now?

  • Ep. 5 - The Cage You Don’t Know You’re In

Most men think structure is the opposite of freedom. A schedule, a budget, fixed commitments and routines can feel like another cage.

But you are already living inside a structure. The only question is whether you designed it or whether it formed around your habits, avoidance and comfort.

In The Cage You Don’t Know You’re In, we will explore why motivation is unreliable, how default structure quietly runs your life on autopilot, and why authored structure can actually create more space, clarity and freedom. Pasted markdown

The constraints you choose may be the very thing producing the freedom you keep looking for.

  • Ep. 4 - The Work is Always On Your Side

When something goes wrong in a relationship, it’s easy to focus on what the other person needs to change. This article challenges men to turn that attention inward and ask a harder question: Who am I being, and what am I contributing to the relationship I’m creating? It explores masculine leadership, trust, personal responsibility, and the difference between trying to change your partner and becoming someone worth trusting and meeting. The central principle is simple: relationship frameworks should be used as a mirror, not a weapon. You cannot author another person, but you can take full responsibility for your side of the table, and that is where your real power lies.Learn more about Axis Brotherhood:axisbrotherhood.com#AxisBrotherhood #MensWork #Masculinity #Relationships #Polarity #MensDevelopment

  • Ep. 3 - Women Are Liars

Why does she say one thing today, then seem to mean something completely different tomorrow?

In this episode, we explore how the masculine and feminine can experience communication differently—and how misunderstanding those differences can lead to frustration, resentment, and disconnection.

We look at what it means to stay grounded in your own direction while still listening, remaining present, and meeting your partner without withdrawing or trying to control her emotional experience.

The goal isn’t simply to tolerate the differences. It’s to develop the depth and relational skill to stay grounded and connected.

  • Ep. 2 - The Slow Death of Polarity

What happens when a relationship looks fine on the outside, but the attraction, intimacy, and connection have quietly faded?

In this episode, we explore depolarisation—how small compromises, conflict avoidance, suppressed desire, and lost direction can gradually turn a romantic relationship into something that feels more like a partnership between housemates.

We look at how these patterns develop, why desire fades, and what it takes to rebuild polarity through presence, leadership, and genuine connection.

  • Ep. 1 - Why The Feminists Are Right

The feminists were right. Not about everything. But about enough that pretending otherwise is dishonest. Certain masculine behaviours, authoritarian leadership, emotional suppression, sexual entitlement, provision used as control, caused real harm. That critique was necessary and naming it clearly matters.

But being right about the damage is not the same as being right about masculinity itself. The cultural response didn't correct the distortions. It treated the energy as the problem. And what followed wasn't balance. It was inversion. Passive men. Spineless men. Men who apologise for existing and call it growth.

This episode is about the difference between shadow masculinity and mature masculinity, and why suppression has never been the answer. The work is regulation, not negation. Development, not erasure.
