We view even something as progressive as "the mother wound" in patriarchal lenses. It feels more important than ever to consider the masculine and feminine, how it affects us each internally, and why wounded masculine needs to feel the errors of its ways (without our help.) Our family name “Bohbot” means “man with a little extra belly” in Amazigh (indigenous tribes of Morocco.) His grandmother was a healer and his name Meir, means bringer of light.
