Hi everyone!

I know the title can sound weird and don't get me wrong, healing is important. Healing is basically reconnecting with yourself and allowing yourself to be happy, to trust and to believe in yourself no matter what you went through in the past. I will always say it's necessary.

But in this episode, I'm sharing a past experience on how I got kind of "trapped" into an endless healing cycle that felt like opening a can of worms because I wasn't giving myself permission to create and reach for my goals at the same time as I was healing.

It can be linked to many different things: imposter syndrome, lack of support or direction... whatever the reason is, it's ok. We're not victims, we're learning as we go and what matters is taking responsibility for ourselves and for reaching our goals.

Let's talk about energy leaks, shall we? There are so many thing pulling our energy on the daily without us necessarily realizing - especially when we're not clear on how to reach our goals and when we lack boundaries or are afraid to be judged, to hurt people, etc.

Setting boundaries is NOT selfish, it simply means prioritising and it's ok. You can't do everything at once, you can't be there for everyone at one and it's important to choose wisely and be conscious of the options that you have.

What do YOU want? What do you desire? Are you letting anything or anyone distract you? If yes, it's ok, this episode aims at raising awareness so that you can choose differently. it's never too late to change and choose a different way!

In this episode, I'm sharing some deep thoughts I had after receiving some sad news...

I was observing my thoughts, or in other words, I was being the awareness of the thoughts and behind the thoughts and I was tracing the thoughts, following a process and I realised how much the unseen - what is behind the scene (behind the seen) can impact us and we can never know all the "battles" we're "fighting" (and of course, we can never know about what other people are going through neither) and there is so much more than what meets the eyes.

So I wanted to share some thoughts about how important it is to be gentle with yourself and why (beyond obvious reasons) and also to remind you not to judge yourself for where you are right now.

I hope this message brings you comfort and reassurance.

Hello! Today I'm sharing an episode I recorded last week to share some thoughts about stagnation and change.

Whatever you answer ot this question is ok, it's your personal story, we are all different, there is no right or wrong. We all have different dreams, different perspectives, different goals and of course a different definition of what success means to each of us.

Stagnation - to me, in my personal and business life - is worse, I prefer change. But OMG how uncomfortable can change be, right? It's not always easy!

But if we consider that change is the only thing that constantly happens in life and that's inevitable, it becomes easier to accept it.

If you're feeling out of alignment and "off", then that's your sign that change is needed and once again, as uncomfortable as it might be, how amazing is it once you get back in alignment?

Changes don't always need to be big, sometimes a change is just a simple mindset shift.
