Hi! :) In this episode, I talk about self-forgiveness. Forgiving yourself is necessary in terms of forgiving for the negative self-talks, for self-abandonment, for criticising yourself, for abandoning yourself etc. no matter what you went through in life (even if you've been through traumatic events you had no control over and you did nothing to deserve any of it).

It's also about trusting that you did your best and that's when forgiveness comes into play - forgiving yourself for thinking you weren't good enough or other lies the mind can come up with sometimes.

Forgiveness of the self enables to cut cords with toxic people, situations, places and it's a way to make them stop affecting your current reality.
