It’s the month of love and it's a month that usually has us so wrapped up in the love we should be showing someone else but we never actually speak about the love we should be giving ourselves instead and how we can actually love ourselves better. In 'Journeying Toward Self-Love', I look at 12 lessons I learnt that brought me closer to loving myself better over the past few years.
