Who can actually afford a luxury home in todays economy? Turns out, plenty of people. Today Paul and Tyler discuss what the luxury market looks like right now and what you need money-wise if you'd like to purchase home listed at over $1,000,000.

On the flip side of that, a lot of people are also struggling right now. Thankfully the strong real estate market means that most people have equity in their property. The guys also discuss options for those looking to leverage that equity to help them escape their financial woes.

WE'RE BACK! The spring market is busy and we had to take a little break so Paul could do some mortgages and Tyler could sell some houses!
