HBO's The Last of Us Season 1 accomplishes many incredible feats for a video game adaptation, some greater than that of the beloved first-game in the franchise. While the live-action series nails many moments and characters it falls short of being called a "Masterpiece" which is something you can undoubtedly call the first game. How these characters are portrayed in the show opposed to how it feels to embody them, with a controller in hand, is what we dissect in this episode. We give our completely bias opinions of the show while also analyzing deeper aspects of the product, its production, the actors, writers, and directors.
