In this episode, Wes interviews a former boss, Vito Stellato. Together they reminisce stories of where the SENSEsational Customer Experiences seeds were first planted. Vito asks the question, "How Do You Show Up?" and in doing so initiates a conversation about how we can have a huge sensory impact on customers and clients by the way we approach our first contact.
