In Episode Four of The Sentient Sky, we have a look at the sky weather of July, which is dominated by Neptune stationing retrograde early in the month, a Mars Uranus conjunction, and lot's of conversations between the planets and the nodes. We spend a bit of time early on in the episode chatting about the significance of the nodal axis, and what it means when a planet moves through 'the bendings' - the 90˚ point between the two nodes, and the special significance of the luminaries passing through this territory. We also can't ignore the influence of the fixed star Algol, the Medusa star, as Mars and Uranus come together at her degree in Taurus, bringing dynamite to a trauma-sensitive point in the sky.

We kick off June of 2024 with and invitation to enjoy the energy and curiosity of Gemini via a visiting four planet stellium! As the month progresses the Sun, Mercury and Venus start consulting with Saturn in Pisces as they come into a square with the planet of boundaries, contraction and long term commitments, testing the foundations of what we believe to be true. Later in the month we start feeling the Cancerian waters lapping at our edges, drawing us into healing, nourishment and deep rest over the Southern Hemisphere Winter Solstice, preparing us for the Saturn retrograde at the end of the month.
