• Let reality be the teacher. Learn to respond rather than react. Attitude, behavior and character are caught, catch your child doing it right
• Attempt to stop the behavior, either by ignoring it or by issuing a concept
• Introduce a new behavior that you prefer and reinforce it by celebrating your child
