We are socialized into suppressing our emotions and as a result, they get stored in the body, revealing themselves in the way we show up in the world. Mindset work is outdated. While having a positive, empowered mindset is important to your success and freedom,  it's secondary to the real work: EMBODIMENT. Embodiment is having the mindset and the knowledge drop down into your body so that you can be the work. Embodiment is the difference between knowing what to do, and actually doing it. And until you do the work to clear the energy that's holding you back within your physical body, your mindset alone will continue getting you the same results you have always gotten. Embodiment is when you are in full-body alignment with what you want in life and the results you are getting. <3

What's up! This life is full of complex twists & turns that we can never control, but that doesn't mean you don't have the full power to create the life of your dreams. We can control so little in our lives, but if we master the two things that we CAN control, then the rest doesn't matter. By consciously choosing to shift our physiology, the way we move our body, and our focus, what we choose to give our attention to, we opt in to create the lives we are committed to. Our state is what determines the quality of our lives, not our talents, intelligence, circumstances, or history!
