We're back, after a quick break to try and prepare ourselves for the NFL draft and break down what happened, we discuss our Favorute picks and some of the ones we hated.

we also looked across the sporting world and discussed the Champions league final, leagues around the world, also discussed the NBA and NHL playoff picture.

This week we discuss champions league football, do we think Real Madrid is back and how did Athletico Madrid let it slip, Colin discovers some scary stats in hockey as well as some interesting information about stairs.....

We also looked at NBA news and discussed the story about the Philadelphia Eagles and all the behind the scenes info that has come out about Doug Pedersons reign as head coach, and we name our second week of top 5 players with Colin giving a new name to our number one player. 

This week we have a look around football results from the weekend, discuss the madness that was march madness. 

We look at how the Nfl draft and QB landscape has been flipped after a few trades, Ben cant take super teams anymore and we pick our first Set-piece podcast top 5 players of the week. 

This week we take a look at draws for the europa and champions league football competitions, discuss that spurs performance and give our picks for the next legs of matches.

Nfl free agency is in full swing and my god some money has been thrown around, we break down some of our favourite deals and some of the worst.

Following on from last weeks terrible attempt at making premier league fantasy teams based on a spinning wheel, we decided to try again but this time based on nationalities rather than one league.... and of course using the spinning wheel.

This week we discuss champions league football, liverpools current manager situation and look at some striker options they could target this summer.

Colin gets introduced to NBA topshot and immediately wishes he hadn't, we also take a trip down the very sad road of former 1st round Quarterbacks in the NFL and we draft a starting 11 of premier league players with a few twists that go about as great as one could imagine. 

This week we break down the second round of champions league first legs, discuss the europa league draw, we give our opinion on if we think Lewandowski can finally break the 1972 record of most goals in a Bundesliga season.

We look at the NBA all star game and the rosters announced and how they always seem to get it wrong. We create our very own under 25's squad in football and Colin becomes England manager for the day. 

Also on R and R this week we look at the Neymar affect and how him leaving Barca created a ripple effect that changed Liverpools fortunes and how much players are worth these days.
