The Amorite spirit is pride dressed in religious clothing. Humble yourself under God's mighty hand — or He will humble you. Those who exalt themselves will be humbled; those who humble themselves will be exalted (Matthew 23:12). The Amorite spirit must be conquered to reach the Promised Land.
