We hear a lot about Authenticity but rarely do we live it.  It is not just a word.  It is a mode of life that you need to live.  I always think it is funny when people say, ‘that’s not very authentic?’ but in the reality of it all if they are being themselves it is authentic.

We tie up a lot of privacy and shame in our sexuality.  That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, unless we think that is our complete definition of sex.  We had a long discussion about this on the call last Wed, on how the kind of porn we watch or what gets us engaged and turned on sexually is great to talk about.  If you repress that, that is not good.
