Well, we’re back with another new series! And since the winter season is coming to an end, we figured we’d try something a little different with this one. Many of you have just worked through an entire winter season doing ministry out on the hill, and as you begin to reflect on your season, you probably have things that you’re chewing on and processing. And that’s what this series is all about. In the SFC: Ask Me Anything series, we wanted to hear what you're thinking about/processing. For the past few weeks, our team has been collecting questions from you (the listeners), and we’ve received some good ones! For the next few weeks, we’ll be tackling some of these questions in an effort to process through all of these things together!
In the first episode of this new series, Randy Schroeder and Nick Sackman tackle a question related to volunteering, namely: “How do you lead and manage volunteers in shred ministry? And how do you do that well?”
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our ministry here at SFC, and so this is a great question. Listen as Nick and Randy discuss the nuances of managing a team of volunteers who have different schedule constraints and needs. We hope that you’ll find this conversation helpful and encouraging as you finish up your season.
