The SH0T Pod

The second episode of our month long Christmas special shows is now here. In this episode we did a tasting of Christmas'y beers, and talked about many other things, and at the end we broke down a memory for Christmas Past, how the Present is going, and a Goal for Christmas Future!

I bring some sad news, this episode we originally revealed the re-recording of Santa My Dude, however after talking with the publisher of the original Santa Baby, they have denied my usage of the song in parody form, changing the lyrics, as well as title. So unfortunately I had to cut that.

Other than that, New holiday themed Sh0t Pod intro/outro song, and that was created by me, recorded by Myself and Alex, with a deck the halls ending. This is the first week of our Christmas month long special, so tune in for all the mushy gushy gooey feelings of holiday love and joy. It's nice to put something fun and positive out there when the world's falling to shit!

In this episode Alex mentions the actor who played the first red ranger doesn't appear at comic con's a lot. His socials debunk that, as he's always attending when he can. A lot to talk about, we dabble in some politics in the end, but we paid our tributes to TWO fallen celebrities who were a big part of our childhoods. So tune in and enjoy...

This episode has more Remembrance day talk then the last one. We pay tribute to our fallen soldiers who died fighting for our freedoms that we have today. But there is also SO much more in this episode. So tune in and enjoy!

In this episode we touch on Depression, as a friend of Alex's, and a listener to The SH0T Pod is no longer with us. So there's some real talk, we both got a little emotional, but we bring back the laughs and more after. So listener discretion is advised...

This wraps up Halloween 2022, there were quite a few laughs in this episode. But we ended on a freaky note, this year for Halloween we touched on shows/specials/movies, we talked about Haunted/Cursed Movie Sets, we went through 2 sentence Horror Stories, and in this one we end with the actual audio clips of exorcisms. We wish you a safe and Happy Halloween, and don't be afraid to get a LITTLE spooked out, Tis the season!!!

So we kept saying this was the last halloween episode. BUT apparently we were off by a week, and the last episode will actually be posted on Devil's Night, and we have some freaky stuff in that episode. In this episode, one of the biggest segments is really spooky, and really fun, 2 Sentence Horror Stories. And we point out "next week, we will talk about this or that...." That will be saved for the episode after.

This is the third episode in the Halloween extravaganza, We also talked about some sensitive subject matter, and we were talking about how it's portrayed in the media, it sounds like we're making light of it, but we know it's a devastating thing that happens to women and men world wide. A week late, but we also talk about what we're thankful from Thanksgiving,

So in Episode 47 we talked halloween and horror, we merged it with a little bit of the crisis state the world is in, and ended it with a Coolio Tribute, RIP Coolio. OH P.S. NATO denied membership to Ukraine, but said they would continue supporting.
