Welcome to the new air day! Monday! As much as I love for everyone to wake up to me on Sunday morning, needing a friend on a Monday is clutch! You know, the day most of us are on the struggle bus and in need of a hug to push us into the day! 

In truth, all jokes aside, my soul sister was having a rough Monday morning and shared with me that my podcast helped her mood while driving to work. Listening to the podcast helped her place a lot of her swirling thoughts into perspective. It was a beautiful and heartfelt compliment; to help someone without knowing it, in their time of need. An absolutely fulfilling sentiment. I pray to be an instrument of aid through this. She is the reason for this change. Love you, Megan!

Welcome back! It's been a few months and it's great to be back! And here we are now, with maybe Christmas decor erect and figuring out the steps ahead of us?

The pause has given me an incredible amount of time to reflect, enjoy the rest of summer and continue doing the shadow work! I hope the same for you too!

What I love about, yet another imperfect recording is that my upstairs neighbor was involved the entire time! Rolling with the punches and not getting hung up, overworked, stressed and rigid about the bricks on his feet and major movement allowed me to just flow. During 2020, hearing him move kept me company! 
Hope you enjoy both of us!

A little bit about me and what shadow work is.  What's so funny about this episode was I was recording and didn't realize my headset wasn't in! I freaked out, but calmed down after realizing some things; that it's okay. Nothing in my world collapsed. It's my first rodeo, holed up in my apartment on a Sunday evening following my heart.
