Alan Payne is the man who built the longest-lasting Blockbuster franchise chain in the country, the author of an Amazon Best-Seller, Built to Fail: The Inside Story of Blockbuster's Inevitable Bust, and was recently featured on the Netflix film, The Last Blockbuster.
