The final episode of THE SHAFT! We get to hear from the most experienced Shaftsperson on the planet Lee Peppinck. Lee fills us in on his experience as anchor bartender at The Living Room, who created The Shaft and the truest recipe. Maybe most impressive is that Lee is kind of a numbers guy and he has done the math on how many Shafts he has made. And based on that we are going to call his recipe the truest one.

Episode 4 of THE SHAFT has Josh talking with one of the most legit coffee authorities in Toronto...maybe Canada Celeste Fiallos. She talks about what goes into creating a consistent result when working with coffee from fruit to brew. Then Colin MacDougall, Brand Education Specialist for Corby Spirit and Wine hangs out to talk about how best to appreciate Kahlua as a liqueur and cocktail ingredient. Colin is a western Canadian so he has some ideas about The Shaft as well.
