Tonight we explore ways to overcome fear!

This is a big challenge in todays society, that leaves many with crippling anxiety, stress and left in situations that they would rather be out of, completely. By taking small steps, each day, can and does build, Courage, Confidence and Bravery, leading  you to a life you desire.

After leaving a very violent relationship, all sense of self had been depleted, I was left as a shell of my former self. And in struggling to regain my own, self - senses, much fear needed to be overcome to harness the courage, confidence, bravery and boldness to be here today.

Diving into my spiritual toolbox to overcome and rise again, was no easy feat yet, through commitment, determination and courage, was I able to move forward with my own healing, an inner knowing and support from my closest friends.

The best advice I ever have received was "One bold move a day, takes you out of your comfort zone", this is achieved by taking small steps!
