She is a podcaster, blogger, YouTuber, self-published author, speaker, a female mentor and an advocate for women’s empowerment she is a force to be reckoned with! They discuss whether or neurodiversity is openly accepted or understood in south Asian culture, how neurodivergent children can be supported in schools and also signpost to support groups and resources.

With more and more people leaving the UK, Sureena is joined by Olivia in this week's episode, where Olivia shares her reasons why she and her family moved to Dubai nearly two years ago, if the grass really is greener and reflects on the challenges our grandparents generation would have had to make in order to move to the UK for a better life.

Sureena and Olivia discuss raising boys within South Asian culture and if their boys can be free from the gender based expectations that are subjected to children from a young age. They delve into historically why baby boys have been preferenced over baby girls within Asian cuture, how there can be equality in raising boys and girls and also discuss the importance of positive male role models in young boys' lives and the power that can have.
