“You are not your story, you are the awareness behind it,” Swami Nityananda
The joyful life is one of full embodiment, and that includes the spiritual life.
In this episode, I sat down with Swami Nityananda to explore the intersection of ancient traditions, specifically Advaita Vedanta and Kriya Yoga, and how to embody joy of ananda into our day to daylife. Swami Nityananda brings a deeply grounded perspective on how we can bridge the gap between profound inner realization and outer lived reality.
Together, we dive into how a joyful, spiritual life embodies true emotional honesty, real-world embodiment, and a commitment to nurturing love, kindness, and devotion in our day-to-day interactions.
In this episode, we cover:
* How the principles of Kriya Yoga and Advaita Vedanta serve as actionable roadmaps for awakening.
* Why true spiritual progress happens in your daily habits, body awareness, and emotional life.
* The foundational role of heart-centered practices in sustaining inner peace.
* Practical steps for integrating deep spiritual inquiry with your external commitments and relationships.
* Following Your Bliss: Reconnecting with innate joy as a direct path to experiencing spiritual fullness.
