THE STORY OF A STORYTELLER DESIGNER I am just a girl who loves being kind. I love to listen to everything around me. I would much rather be on my porch, wrapped up in a plaid blanket with a warm cup of Hot Toddy, looking out amongst the Cascades displayed before me. I live in a farmhouse with my husband and three children here in Oregon. It is true; everything about the Pacific Northwest is magical. The smell, the wind, the scenery, and the feeling of that magic will engulf your every moment here. It is here where I am inspired every day and how that inspiration is transferred into my work.

This is part 1 of my story of escaping a narcissistic sociopath that I was married to for 5 years. I escaped with the child we share. The story is a long one and will be split in two parts. Many don't know what it is like being mentally abused by a gaslighting, narcissist who also happens to be schizophrenic.

Many people tend to start their new year's resolutions right around the start of a new year. But I do things a little differently. The start of a new year should be around the day your were born. 

These days, the very serious word "racism" is used quite regularly. Are all of those instances correctly using the word? Or are people simply profiling? 

A friendly debate is going out of style. People seem to think that their mindset is THE mindset. We seem to have lost the fine art of agreeing to disagree.
