Join me in this episode as I interview Krupa Patel, Headmistress at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school. Krupa Patel, born and bred in Brent, started her journey in teacher training after Graduating as a Biologist. Keen to become a researcher, little did she know, that only ten years later, she would be Headmistress at a SEN School. Courageously compassionate, and authentic in her leadership style, Krupa discusses the importance of a meaningful curriculum, and her vision for embedding work experience into her offerings at her now school. Krupa discusses the development of a positive community, and culture for Educators, and shares her hints and tips for "being present", and appreciating, as educators, that we are "enough". If you would like to reach out to Krupa, please add her on Linked In (Krupa Patel). Thank you for Listening!
