Half-term? Are we there yet? Wow, what a busy 6 weeks already. The ol' saying "Don't smile until Christmas" certainly is exhausting! Not to mention re-setting clear boundaries with a new class. In this episode I share four straight forward, simplistic tips on how to have a healthy/fruitful half-term. Most of this, you will know, and probably already do, but reminding ourselves to switch off/have some down time, and refresh, is how we can return revitalised and refreshed for our students.
