Stearns Co Sheriff's Office has a new program that helps keep kids with autism who wander safe. Sheriff Steven Soyka joins Sheletta to talk about his department’s implementation of the program, how his officers are educated about autistic people and what they aim to achieve with the initiative.

Nekima Levy Armstrong joins Sheletta to talk about her calling for the national boycott against Target following their departure from their diversity equity and inclusion initiatives. Nekima is a prime example of women-led grassroots leadership whose contribution has largely been erased and unacknowledged. The patriarchy’s playbook has been effective for decades in stripping and hijacking the contributions of Black women on the front lines of Civil Rights movements.
