We are surrounded wit a lot of information today but sadly most of it is glorying the negative and bad stuff around us. It is our responsibility to always remember that there is a lot of good around us if we only choose to look around.

Shame is all around in so many ways. Society thrives at shaming those who fail and condemning those who do not meet their expectations. The news is You Do not have to be ashamed when you fail because you have the power to start over again and raise up from your mistake, failures and short comings. There is still hope, just do not quit.

We are a total sum of what we think. You cannot soar above how you think in your mind. Your thoughts have so much power and control over how you perceive life around you. That is why is so important to guard your mind and not letting anything or everything at anytime come it. Remember your thoughts will eventually become your reality.

Some many times when focus on a certain goal in life for example losing weight, owning a home or any other goal, we tend to forget to enjoy the journey to the extent that we work our selves so hard to death. But there is so much to life than obtaining things and achieving goals. Our society has conditioned men to hide our emotions and vulnerability in the name of Manhood. The reality is emotions are good and they are to be used to communicate what we are feeling inside. Don't ever be forced to hide your true self in the name of keeping up with what society expects. Feel free to express your emotions without hating others and let the world receive the love from you. Most importantly allow yourself to be loved by the love of God.
