This episode is one of the most important shows I have done because of my guest... Mr. Joe Dudley, Co- Founder of DudleyQ+ brand Hair Products and Dudley Cosmotology University. Labeled mentally retarded in the first grade, he exemplified the motto of this show by overcoming obstacles to become one of the most sought after business leaders on the talk circuit in the world. What makes this episode so special is the fact that Mr Dudley, a National Black College Hall of Famer, 2005 Trumpet Award Winner, President George Bush's 467th Point of Light Award for Dudley Fellows and Ladies Program, at 85 year old, in very poor health... still wanted to impart his story to inspire the youth of today that they can overcome obstacles to be anything they want to be. While he struggles to give his message...his does it with love and determination... and I am so proud he did it on my show.👏♥️
