He is now working with his son, Tommy John  Jr, a chiropractor with a sports medicine background. 

Dr Tommy has written a book, with the foreword being written by his father, called “ Minimize Injury, Maximize Performance: A Sports Parents Survival Guide” in which he questions the 15 Billion Dollar Youth Sports Industry. 

In this historic episode, father and son join me to talk about the evolution of the surgery, Tommy’s decision to have the surgery and his subsequent recovery from it, and why it’s so prevalent in sports today, as well as SO much more.

He has undertaken the enourmous task of bringing baseballs legends such as Babe Ruth, Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Ty Cobb, and many others, back to life...in art form. Graig, named after a former MLBer, creates real lifelike color images from black and white photos. His world makes you feel like you’re there, you can smell the grass, eat the peanuts, hear the crowd noise, he brings the images, the players, and the memories back to life.
