I just got back from Zurich, Switzerland, and it wasn’t quite what I expected. In this episode I walk through the whole trip, a chaotic train transfer with zero staff around, a hotel that turned out to be in the red light district, a not-so-friendly run-in trying to order food in English, and a genuinely stunning lake cruise that made up for all of it.

I also break down the practical stuff I wish someone had told me before I landed: why Wi-Fi is hard to find, why you need a Switzerland-specific power adapter, why public toilets aren’t always free, and what the customer service experience is actually like as a tourist.

Hey everyone! Welcome back to The Show with Xander. 🎙️In today's episode, I’m taking you along for the final two days of our Lisbon journey, a mix of historic landmarks, unexpected detours, and some great memories.Wednesday started with a trip to the iconic Belém Tower. Even though we could only view it from the outside, the stone fortress and river views were incredible. We spent the rest of the day navigating the city’s trams, metros, and buses, soaking in every corner of the capital.Thursday was a bit more of an adventure! It was Labor Day, and with street closures for a marathon and a protest, we had to get creative with our route.
