This is a new type of episode I'm bringing on where I will be presenting information to you free of my opinions and biases. Lucky for you I will do another series where I give my feedback and thoughts on these episodes but I want you to have as close to an un-jaded experience as possible.
This episode is part of a series in which I will be reading the Rockerfellar Foundation's "Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development". It is a report that was published in May 2010 by the Rockerfellar Foundation and Global Business Network.
If you want to read the report for yourself it will be attached here. You can still access it online (for now) and if you DM me on socials I will gladly distribute it to you.
Let me know your thoughts on this. Tell me if you see similarities with this and the world you live in. Or do you think its all just a fictional hypothetical tale.

In this episode we bring on a former member of our military, investor, and loan officer Wendell Butler. Tons of value in this full length episode. From how he flipped his first condo, to how he acquired 6 units rapidly, and so on. You will want to listen to this
