I actually think that we are not that bad as everyone says. There are clearly bad and good sides about overthinking. As an Overthinker I can tell you that it isn't always easy. I also think that if you are an overthinker, you should always have someone who can relate to you in a way that you feel okay with being an overthinker. Many people aren't really aware that their presence and awareness can affect their whole life a lot more than they think.Awareness and presence is really all about being aware of your awareness wich explains why it is so hard for so many to be aware. It is a long way and process with many ups and downs just like everything in life. It is also so hard,because most people don't really know what it feels like being aware in their surroundings wich leads them to giving up very quickly!
