I believe the name of my podcast, 'The Shower Talk,' has caught your attention. So, what exactly is The Shower Talk?
The Shower Talk is a moment of refreshing in the Word of God with a focus on mental health.
There's something about wisdom loading up in the shower. Just like water pouring over your skin, wisdom keeps rushing in. It's the best time to converse with God because His healing balm is being poured over us.
This reminds me of Genesis 1:2, which says, “Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.” Anytime we are under the shower, God, as wisdom, hovers upon us and connects with us.
My name is Chefi, also known as the Motivational Force. I am a Christian, a mom of three, a dance therapist, and a transformational coach. As the creator of Genesis Dance Therapy (GDT), I empower women to release trauma, anxiety, and stress through the healing power of African dance and tap into neuroplasticity through the Word of God.
